Patagonia...where's that?
Seems like most people have heard of Patagonia's rustic allure...but have no idea where it is.
It's considered "el fin de mundo"...the end of the world. Spanning across southern Chile and Argentina, this sparsely inhabited, rugged expanse is broken apart by jagged Andean peaks and the impressive southern ice fields. It's a part of the world that does nothing to attract beach seeking, holiday goers. Instead, it attracts lovers of the great outdoors. Those who feel enlivened by natures refreshing breath and choose to see her beauty on foot.
I hope you enjoy the blogs to come. My Dad and I certainly did :)
